POWERING THE FUTURE OF GOVERNMENT PAYMENTS
MISSION
The EBT Community Council convenes government and industry stakeholders to actively contribute to a sustainable and forward-looking approach to ideas and technologies affecting electronic payments of government benefits to program recipients. We are a non-profit group dedicated to making the continued use of electronic payments in the delivery of government payments a success.

WHAT WE DO
We bring the EBT industry together to share information.
Regular Updates
Monthly Calls with the EBT Community
Our regular monthly calls are the operating pulse of ECC. We aim to cover all of the most pressing topics impacting the EBT community. The agenda includes legislative and regulatory updates; Federal and State agency updates; industry updates, and a focused, EBT related, topic each month. The meeting also serves as a forum for members to ask the community any burning questions or get connected with a subject matter expert for additional information.
Thought Leadership
White Papers and Technical Advice
EBT Community Council often receives requests from policymakers, government officials, advocates, and more to provide thought leadership on technical issues around EBT payments and governance. In response, we publish white papers for the general public on the most substantive matters regarding EBT.
